The Wisconsin PGA Junior Tour needs a logo for its new Web site, and it is looking for junior golfers to design it.
The contest is open to golfers 18 and under who have participated in at least one of the following events: WPGA Junior Tour, Players Tour, Future Tour, Pepsi Par-3, Milwaukee County Tour, The First Tee lesson programs, Golf in Schools programs, or Bridging the Gap programs.
The judges – made up of a panel of WPGA staff – are looking for a colorful design that reflects the junior player’s concept of junior golf in Wisconsin. Unlimited entries are allowed. The design should not include the words “PGA” or “Wisconsin Section.” Logos must not incorporate or extend existing trademarks or companies.
The winning designer will receive a 2010 Junior Tour membership, five Junior Tour event entries, two tickets to any day of the 2010 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits, and the logo will appear on the not-yet-running wiscjuniorgolf.com.
Entries can be e-mailed or mailed to Andy Landenberger,
