Johnson Bank sponsors WSGA Senior Tour

The Wisconsin State Golf Association and Johnson Bank announced a new partnership this week. Johnson Bank’s Wealth Management Division has agreed to sponsor the six remaining events on the 2010 WSGA Senior Tour, including a season-ending championship. The first of those took place today, Thursday, July 15, at Morningstar GC in Waukesha.

“We are proud to support organizations like the WSGA that reinforce principles like integrity, respect and accountability – the core values our business was built upon,” said Brian Lucareli, head of Johnson Bank’s Wealth Management Division. “We share the WSGA’s long-term commitment to make our communities better through the great game of golf.”

Johnson Bank was established in Racine in 1970 by Samuel C. Johnson, of S.C. Johnson & Son. Today it has grown into a full-service, international financial services company offering banking, trust, insurance and investment solutions to individuals, families and businesses through offices in Wisconsin, Arizona and Switzerland.

The WSGA initiated the Senior Tour last season with four events, but it was expanded to 10 in 2010.

The remaining WSGA Senior Tour events are as follows:

July 26-27 – Brown County GC, Oneida
Aug. 19 – Meadowbrook CC, Racine
Aug. 27 – Branch River CC, Cato
Sept. 1 – Maple Bluff CC, Madison
Sept. 23 – Wild Rock GC, Wisconsin Dells (season championship)
