Wisconsin Golfer readers:

• Are 92 percent male; 52 percent between the ages of 45 and 64.
• Play an average of 2.7 rounds of golf a week during the golf season.
• Have an average net worth of $1,350,000.
• Have an average annual household income of $142,900.
• Have an investment portfolio valued at an average of $929,289.

• 68 percent of those readers with an average annual income in excess of $100,000 use the services of a professional financial consultant, tax planner or business management firm for their personal finances.

• 58 percent have taken a golf vacation in the past 12 months.
• 94 percent own their own home, with an average value of $272,000.
• 32 percent own a second home.
• 60 percent have at least a 4-year college degree.
• 20 percent have a Master’s degree/JD or Doctorate.
• 83 percent hold a management or professional position; 28 percent own their own business.

• Have taken an average of 4.2 round-trip airline flights in the past 12 months.
• 59.5 percent have taken at least one golf vacation in the past 12 months.
• 31.6 percent have taken two or more.

• Of those readers with an average annual household income in excess of $100,000, 83.4 percent read at least half of each issue of Wisconsin Golfer; 26.9 percent read the entire issue.

• 57 percent have taken some action in the past 12 months as a direct result of seeing an ad in Wisconsin Golfer, including purchasing a product or service, directly contacting an advertiser, visiting an advertiser’s Web site, or recommending the  purchase of an advertised product to someone else.

• 56.5 percent do not read Golf Digest.
• 69.5 percent do not read Golf Magazine.
• 87 percent do not read Golf World.
