Electronic ad requirements: Macintosh platform (Acrobat PDF, Quark XPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, EPS or TIFF files are acceptable) submitted on CD. All electronic ads must include a color-match proof (color inkjet or laser printouts are not acceptable), as well as all support files, including all printer and screen fonts (no Truetype fonts). Resolution for color graphics must be 300 dpi and must be saved as CMYK files. (Web graphics are not 300 dpi and are unacceptable.) The publisher reserves the right to cancel or reject any advertisement at any time. The publisher may add the word “advertisement” at the top of any copy which in the
publisher’s opinion simulates editorial matter and might be misleading to the reader. Advertising copy is subject to the approval of the publisher. The publisher shall not be liable for any damages caused by not publishing an advertisement for any reason. The advertiser and/or agency assumes responsibility for the content of an advertisement. Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1 1/2 percent per month (18 percent annually) on all overdue accounts. New accounts may be required to pay in advance.
