The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin is offering three lucky golfers the opportunity to play with LPGA Tour veteran and Wisconsin golf legend Sherri Steinhauer.
Steinhauer, a native of Madison who recently announced her retirement from the tour, will participate in The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin’s second annual golf outing at the Legend at Bergamont in Oregon. The four-person scramble event, scheduled for the afternoon of June 25, begins with registration and a box lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 12:30. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be offered after golf.
The three remaining spots in Steinhauer’s foursome will be auctioned as a group beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 12. Bidding closes March 19. The minimum bid for the three-player package is $2,500.
